Rebecca Aaron
Rebecca Aaron, founder of A Level Up, LLC, specializes in executive coaching and leadership development, helping leaders build resilience, enhance decision-making, and navigate career transitions with confidence. She holds a Leadership Coaching for Organizational Wellbeing certification from George Mason University, a Master’s in Education from the University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor’s in Sociology from Penn State, and a Master’s Equivalency in Educational Administration from George Washington University. A certified yoga instructor, she integrates mindfulness and well-being into her coaching for holistic growth.
Kevin Mason
Kevin Mason is a leader in talent management, learning & development, and organizational effectiveness. With over a decade of experience, he has built career pathways for professionals in global organizations, improving employee engagement and career mobility. His expertise spans resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, interview coaching, and leadership development. Kevin holds a psychology degree from the University of Maryland and has completed executive leadership training at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
